Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to excessivesounds.com and Excessive Sounds online services. This document is a draft placeholder until reviewed by qualified counsel.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harass other members, attempt fraud, or abuse shop or forum systems.
Shop and checkout
Product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels come from our catalog feeds and may change without notice. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee every listing is error-free.
Checkout requires a shop login. Prices shown at checkout are what you agree to pay, subject to applicable tax and shipping. Michigan sales tax applies to taxable merchandise shipped to Michigan addresses as described on the site.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example: suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailable from the warehouse).
Forum and user content
You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Excessive Sounds a license to host, display, and distribute it on the site. Do not post illegal content, malware, spam, hate speech, or material you do not have rights to share.
We may remove content or restrict access to keep the community usable. Admin-only boards and tools exist for site operations.
Intellectual property
Site design, Excessive Sounds branding, and original materials are owned by Excessive Sounds or its licensors. Third-party product names and images belong to their respective owners.
Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload site infrastructure without written permission.
